In order to return your item Customer must include the original invoice and warranty and return/exchange for the item(s) within 3 days of the date of delivery. All original packaging must be unopened and, in the fully packed condition, it was provided to you (factory sealed, without any damage). Guidelines for Returned Orders
In order for any product to qualify for a return, you must provide the original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to submit a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough (brand new/Packed) condition to qualify for a return. Kindly note we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to our Warehouse as well as the shipping of all replacement items back to customer.
- Exchange or Return is possible only within3 days from the date of delivery subject to the terms herein.
- No Exchange or Return shall be made without the Original Invoice & Warranty Card provided and the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken)along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
- No Exchange or Return shall be made for the following product categories: All Accessories, Software, Cartridges & Toners.
- Any Refund will be in the form of Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo only, to be redeemed within a period of 2 months. No cash refund is available or allowed.
- Specially ordered/Imported items on Customer Request are not possible to be returned.
- Customers from Pakistan are responsible for the shipping costs back to our Warehouse in UAE.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.
The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and, in the condition, it was provided to you by our Delivery service personals and by the original manufacturer (factory sealed, without any damage). Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.
The following items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:
- Accessories (All Listed on our Online store)
- Software products
- Consumable Products Like Cartridges
- “Specially Requested/Imported on Customer Request” items
- Vendor Restricted Items (Supplier/Manufacturer Prohibits for any replacement or exchange). In this case, Contact Supplier/Manufacturer Directly.
In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through Our Store and it qualifies under the information provided in this policy, you will receive that refund in the form of a PDC Cheque for minimum 2 months under your name Mentioned in Government ID. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee.
All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by our customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. TanoliCart reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to our policy.
